30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

To start a return or exchange request, simply contact our customer support team with your order details. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours.

Return Policy

Before every order leaves our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team carefully inspects each product to ensure the correct size, color, material, stitching, and overall craftsmanship.

If you receive an item with any issue, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs unless:

  • The product is defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The wrong size or color was sent by our team.

Returns Cannot Be Accepted If

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The original tags have been removed.

  • The item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or shows signs of use.

  • The product is custom-made or personalized.

  • Multiple sizes or colors of the same product were ordered for trial purposes.

  • The item is returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or prefer another style? No problem.

Exchange requests are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product received is defective.

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

  • The wrong size or color was shipped by our team.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. After verification, we’ll ship your replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours but before 3 days (before shipment) are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

  • Orders canceled after 3 days but before shipment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Please note that the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Express shipping fees

  • Customs duties and import taxes

  • Government-imposed fees

The Jacket World proudly offers Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any local government charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any applicable customs or import charges must be paid by the customer before delivery.
